Here's a set of imagery showing the range of final ideas for the Wye Valley brief.. I've alerted Jennie at WVB and am hoping that she can look over initially.
Sample student comments from final learning reports
[Student 1]The client meet at Wye Valley [brewery] and Legges [Deli] gave me a greater understanding of what was required from me. This was a valuable trip as not only was I able to hear what the clients wanted [but] I was also able to experience the brewery and the sort of environment that the products were sold. I walked away from this trip with the want to know more.
This module has been a learning curve into something I haven’t done before and while at the beginning it was hard to adjust to I have… enjoyed learning something new and looking into a topic that is becoming a wider issue throughout the world.
[Student 2]
After our trip to the Centre of Alternative Technology I made myself reconsider the materials and how much cardboard I was using.
[Student 3]Being part of this project I feel part of great changes that are taking place in the world of design.
[Student 4]I have thoroughly enjoyed this module and feel my design skills.. have really improved. I there fore feel that green packaging design is currently a niche market in the UK and a service that I am sure can only become more desirable in the future and I intend to continue to explore it further as I look to set up my own design company in the near future.
[Student 5]I found the CAT visit very influential in my understanding of sustainability.. It made me think that society needs more education in this area, especially so if this issue isn’t getting any better.
[Student 6]
I must note that this has been the most enjoyable module and most rewarding thus far I’ve studied during my tenure as a student at the University of Worcester.
For Jennie's purposes most of these images are just numbered at the moment.
